Microsys Corporation started in 2009 with a small team in Santacruz East and one conviction: most business software fails not because the code is bad, but because nobody spent enough time understanding the work it was meant to support.
17 years later that is still how we operate. Every project begins with our analysts sitting alongside the people who will actually use the system. We map how the work really flows - including the exceptions and the workarounds - before anyone opens a code editor.
Today we are a team of 85+ engineers, designers, analysts and QA specialists who have delivered 450+ projects for 180+ clients across manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, retail, logistics, education and financial services - in India and abroad.
