Frequently asked questions

The things clients ask us most often, answered straight.

Commercial

Cost depends on scope, complexity and integrations, so any number quoted before we understand your requirement would be a guess. What we can promise is a fixed, itemised proposal after a free consultation - usually within three working days - showing exactly what is included at each stage. Most clients also ask for a phased plan so they can start smaller and expand once value is proven.
Yes, completely. Source code, database schema, design files, deployment scripts and documentation are yours, delivered to your own repository. There are no licence fees, no per-user charges to us, and no lock-in. You are free to take the code to another vendor at any point, though we would rather you did not need to.
That is usually the sensible approach. We often begin with a discovery sprint or a single module, prove the value, and expand from there. It reduces your risk, and it gives both sides a low-cost way to find out whether we work well together before committing to a large programme.

General

Yes. We deliver for clients across the United States, United Kingdom, Middle East, Singapore and Australia. Our teams overlap with your working hours for daily stand-ups, and all documentation, contracts and communication are in English. Our sales line is a US number specifically so international clients are not paying international rates to talk to us.

Process

A marketing website is usually four to ten weeks. A mobile application runs eight to sixteen weeks. CRM implementations take ten to twenty weeks, and full ERP rollouts are phased across six to twelve months. We give you a sprint-by-sprint plan with dates before work begins, and you see a working build every two weeks.
Regularly. We begin with a code and infrastructure audit - typically one to two weeks - and give you an honest assessment of what is salvageable, what needs rework, and what it will cost. Sometimes the right answer is to continue the existing codebase; sometimes it is to rebuild. We tell you which, with the reasoning.
You get a dedicated project manager, a shared board showing live task status, a working demo at the end of every two-week sprint, and a weekly written summary. You also have direct access to the engineers building your product - we do not put a wall between you and the team.

Security

We sign an NDA before any detailed discussion. Engineers work on isolated environments with role-based access, all code is stored in private repositories, and production credentials are held in a managed secrets vault. For regulated sectors we can work within your compliance framework, including data residency requirements.

Support

Every project includes a warranty period - thirty days for websites, sixty days for larger platforms - covering any defect against the agreed scope at no charge. After that, most clients move to an annual maintenance contract covering monitoring, security patching, backups, SLA-backed bug fixing and a monthly bucket of enhancement hours.

Technical

Primarily PHP and Laravel, Node.js, Python, React, Vue and Next.js on the web; Swift, Kotlin, Flutter and React Native on mobile; MySQL and PostgreSQL for data; and AWS or Azure for infrastructure. We choose the stack to suit the problem and your existing team, not the other way round.
