The challenge

Five departments ran on four disconnected systems plus paper. Patients queued twice - once for registration and again for billing. Test reports were collected in person. Reconciling department revenue at month end took over a week.

What we built

We delivered a modular hospital management system covering registration, OPD and IPD workflows, doctor scheduling, pharmacy with expiry and batch tracking, laboratory with instrument interfacing, and consolidated billing including insurance and TPA claims.

A patient portal and mobile app let patients book appointments, view and download reports, and pay online. The system was built to keep patient data segregated with role-based access and complete audit logging on every record view and change.

The result

Average patient wait time fell by 41 percent. Report collection visits were largely eliminated - 68 percent of reports are now accessed digitally. Month-end revenue reconciliation went from eight days to under one day.
