The challenge

The group ran classes across sixty physical centres with no digital continuity. Assessments were paper-based and took two weeks to evaluate. Parents had no visibility of attendance or performance between quarterly meetings.

What we built

We built a platform combining live classes, recorded content, adaptive practice, and a proctored assessment engine with question banks, randomised papers, auto-evaluation for objective sections and rubric-based marking for subjective answers.

Separate dashboards serve students, faculty, centre heads and parents. The parent view shows attendance, test performance against the cohort, and topic-level weak areas. Adaptive practice serves questions targeted at each student's specific gaps.

The result

Assessment turnaround fell from two weeks to under twenty-four hours. Parent engagement, measured by monthly dashboard logins, reached 71 percent. The group opened eleven new centres without adding proportional academic administration staff.
